Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in software testing and test automation, including leadership roles at an enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and API automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML testing, prompt engineering, and testing with Gen AI agents.
• Proven experience in software testing across multiple industries (healthcare, finance, insurance, retail, telecom).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on design and implementation of test automation architectures, including AI/ML-driven solutions across multiple domains.
• Define and implement testing standards, best practices, and innovative strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
• Leverage Gen AI agents to optimize application testing, design prompts, and develop automation validation frameworks.
• Develop advanced test automation frameworks and support data quality and observability solutions.
• Oversee integration of Gen AI-based testing approaches in dynamic, multi-domain environments.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and Playwright, and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during presales activities and contribute to proposals.
• Foster collaboration within teams by encouraging advanced testing and automation practices.
