Responsibilities

• Set and own the multi-quarter vision and roadmap anchored to seller efficiency and revenue outcomes.
• Build and maintain a prioritization framework weighing seller pain, business impact, and platform investment.
• Translate seller feedback, field data, and priorities into clear, buildable requirements for engineering, product, and enablement teams.
• Design and refine seller workflows to reduce administrative burden and increase time with customers.
• Partner with sales leadership to define, track, and report on metrics proving the roadmap's impact.
• Develop analysts to gather seller requirements and deliver the roadmap end to end.
• Be the primary voice of the seller in AI and automation investments across the sales tech ecosystem.
• Drive alignment across sales, product, engineering, and enablement to ship a single prioritized roadmap.
