Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and delivering world-class software products as a Product Manager.
• Demonstrated repeated success in creating innovative products that deliver extraordinary outcomes including leading complex technical platform components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones.
• Track record of leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product teams.
• A positive and entrepreneurial mindset; self-aware with a strong desire to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excels in driving cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple functions including product, marketing and customer success.
• Deeply curious and data-driven. Develops and defends strong points-of-view with data, analytics and the voice of the customer.
• Passionate for solving customer problems (the big ones and the small ones).
• Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science, Business or related discipline required; MBA or MS a plus.

• Create a bold, enduring, and inspiring product vision and strategy, identifying new opportunities based on customer insights, competitive research, and industry trends.
• Deeply understand small business needs and pain points across diverse industries, sizes, and workflows, as well as QuickBooks’ product and service offerings.
• Systems level thinking: design for a complex ecosystem and scalable experiences across all jobs, geographies, and audiences.
• Translate strategy into a product roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes and accelerate bringing the vision to life.
• Champion an AI-first and data-powered approach to reimagining the experience with actionable insights.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, analytics, and multiple product teams to deliver impact.
• Influence roadmaps of adjacent teams and drive cross-functional delivery beyond direct scope.
• Define high-quality success metrics and take an outcome-driven approach to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Mentor and develop early career product managers with PM craft excellence.
