Job summary
The AI Solutions & Transformation team at Intuit, Inc. seeks a Principal to own the engineering organization behind production AI systems. You will lead the broader product development team, set direction, and ensure delivery quality and growth of engineers and leads in a fast-moving AI landscape.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering with leadership of managers.
- Hands-on depth in modern AI and agentic systems (LLMs, RAG, tools).
- Track record shipping production AI systems under delivery pressure.
- Comfort with fast iteration, pivoting without losing momentum.
- Experience aligning engineering with commercial/brand goals.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive leadership alignment.
- Experience scaling a technical practice (hiring, interview loops, standards).
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering organization and grow a team of contractors and FTEs.
- Set the technical direction and engineering quality bar across AI Solutions & Transformation.
- Own build-pivot-kill decisions and re-architect as new models, tools, business priorities emerge.
- Establish the org's structure and capacity to run multiple AI initiatives without bottlenecks.
