Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Manager - Resource Management to lead geo-level Resource Management and Revenue Operations for Expert Services and Impact engagements. You will coach Resource Managers, manage capacity, and drive strategic alignment between delivery and finance.

You will champion AI-enabled ops, develop playbooks, and ensure data-driven decisions across the region while partnering with Finance and Delivery leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce, economics, or finance and/or an MBA/masters in business analytics or related field are preferred.
• Certifications in project management, compensation, HR, or PMP can be advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead the geo-level Resource Management and Revenue Operations function across Expert Services and Impact engagements.
• Manage and develop Resource Managers and Revenue Operations professionals with coaching and performance management.
• Build and maintain bench strength through hiring, skill gap identification, and succession planning.
• Shape standards, playbooks, and best practices across Resource Management and Revenue Operations.
• Lead capacity forecasting, demand planning, and utilization optimization activities.
• Translate business needs into resource strategies balancing delivery excellence with financial targets.
• Monitor utilization trends and address risks to maximize revenue and staffing efficiency.
• Coordinate with Finance and Revenue Ops on forecasting, cost allocation, and revenue recognition.
