Job summary

Novo in New York City is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across North America and partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, scorecards, and interview loops. You’ll operate AI tools, tune prompts, and build a recruiting system rather than a single sourcer.

This individual contributor role partners with People and AI platform teams to scale Novo’s hiring while delivering a fast, respectful candidate experience. Based in NYC, relocation is welcome.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fintech, banking or high-growth startups.
• Experience hiring across product, CX/ops, credit or risk, and banking roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based recruiting tools and prompts.
• Ability to configure screening criteria and prompts; strong data hygiene.
• Fluent with major ATS platforms and US employment law knowledge.
• Based in the NYC area or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across North America.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft sharp job descriptions and interview loops.
• Operate and improve our AI-based recruiting stack and pipelines.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and ensure compliance.
• Report funnel metrics and drive process improvements.
