Job summary

Novo is seeking a Recruiter to own North America hiring across Product, Customer Experience, Credit and Banking Operations, and other teams that keep a bank running. You will translate headcount plans into pipelines and ensure a fast, respectful candidate experience with our AI-driven recruiting stack.

You'll partner with hiring managers and with our People and AI platform teams to shape Novo’s hiring as we scale, run end-to-end searches, and build interview loops that predict success.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency, fintech or startup preferred.
• Hands-on experience running AI-based recruiting tools and platforms.
• Fluency with modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or similar).
• Experience hiring across product, CX, operations, credit or risk functions.
• Experience recruiting in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end North America recruiting across Product, CX, Credit and Banking Operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to write sharp job descriptions and build interview loops.
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring roles to avoid starting from zero.
• Manage offers, negotiate, and close with a high acceptance rate.
• Own the day-to-day operation of AI sourcing, screening, and candidate communications.
