Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience, 5+ years analytics within the pharmaceutical industry (R&D preferred).
• Ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
• Expertise in data visualization and emerging technologies (AI, ML).
• Proficient with planning systems such as Planisware and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for Planning and Analytics across R&D in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead a high-performing pipeline planning organization with strong data stewardship.
• Define data, digital, and technology strategy for portfolio performance and business excellence.
• Champion AI, advanced analytics, and insight-generation platforms across planning processes.
• Represent AbbVie externally in Planning & Analytics discussions and industry forums.
