Job summary

AbbVie seeks Head of Data and AI Technical Product Management to lead the global Commercial Data & AI technical product function, shaping operating model, portfolio strategy, and investment trade-offs for a large regulated ecosystem.

You will build and scale the technical data product ownership practice, partner with architecture, security, privacy, governance, analytics, and business teams, and drive adoption, modernization, and measurable outcomes across 120 countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years in technical product management or platform leadership.
• Experience delivering data/AI products at enterprise scale with governance.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into funded roadmaps.
• Leadership across engineering, architecture, security, privacy, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own product operating model and multi-year portfolio strategy for data and AI.
• Lead a global team of product managers and senior contributors.
• Manage budget, investment, and cost-to-serve for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and governance to ensure compliance-by-design.
• Chair technical steering committees and drive adoption and value realization.
