You will collaborate with BTS and business stakeholders to align strategy with resources, drive ideation, proofs of concept, and scale AI-enabled solutions.

Strong communication and governance skills are essential to support decision-making and portfolio oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in project/portfolio management or related roles.
• 5+ years in clinical development, technology, innovation, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Own AI and technology opportunity planning and project lists.
• Support operational aspects of the Clinical Sciences decision board.
• Oversee AI portfolio alignment with strategy and resources.
• Prepare reports, track risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Develop proposals, estimates, and timelines with prioritization.
