Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the IPN Campaign Platform roadmap and drive AI-enabled product workflows. You will lead PMs across Setup, Optimization, Performance, and Portal Experience, collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.

The role demands strong strategic thinking and a proven ability to translate customer needs into platform direction, with a customer-obsessed, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of Product Management experience.
• 5+ years managing Product Managers and leading teams.
• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with advertising or performance marketing platforms, including campaign setup, pacing/budgeting, targeting, optimization, measurement, or reporting surfaces.
• Experience leading multi-surface, multi-persona platforms such as enterprise SaaS, ad managers, marketing platforms, or complex data products.
• Experience with API platforms and how they inform front-end user experiences.
• Demonstrated AI-fluency and experience applying AI tooling such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Excellence in product strategy and translating company vision and customer needs into product direction and platform roadmaps.
• Ability to drive intuitive end-to-end user journeys across complex workflows or fragmented product surfaces.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.
• Ability to drive strategy and execution through teams without being a hands-on IC.
• High product sense, strong customer intuition, and data-informed decision making.
• Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining Product Management talent.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the IPN Campaign Platform.
• Lead, coach, and scale Product Managers across Setup, Optimization, Performance, and Portal Experience.
• Drive adoption of AI-driven product workflows and improve team AI fluency.
• Transform the Portal into an intelligent, predictive performance marketing platform.
• Align information architecture, workflows, navigation, and UI patterns across the Portal.
• Drive collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.
• Integrate Market Insights, Setup workflows, Optimization tools, and Performance Reporting into a seamless campaign lifecycle.
• Set product priorities, define success metrics, and lead quarterly and strategic planning.
• Represent the Campaign design and execution experience in senior leadership forums.
• Build a high-performing, customer-obsessed product culture.
