Job summary

Jobtailor in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap for platform capabilities within the Platform & Data Integration portfolio. You will translate customer problems and technical constraints into scalable product features for APIs, data connectors, and metadata-driven workflows.

Collaborate with engineers, UX, and cross-functional teams to prioritize work, drive AI-assisted discovery, and ensure performance, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in software product management, preferably within enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or data-intensive applications.
• Ability to use company-approved AI tools appropriately while protecting confidential information, validating AI-generated content, and exercising sound professional judgment.
• Knowledge of APIs, data connectors, interoperability, metadata exchange, data ingestion, and AI-enabled automation.
• Ability to balance usability, performance, scalability, security, maintainability, customer needs, technical considerations, and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for platform capabilities within Platform & Data Integration.
• Translate customer problems, business objectives, and technical constraints into scalable product capabilities.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, technical investment, and commercial opportunity.
• Lead AI-assisted product discovery, refinement, and delivery across APIs, data connectors, metadata-driven workflows, integration services, and import/export capabilities.
• Design scalable, reusable platform capabilities for diverse customer environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, UX designers, Product Owners, Solution Managers, and Principal Product Managers.
• Participate in technical design discussions addressing usability, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Engage customers, implementation teams, and technology partners to understand integration challenges.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, Services, Customer Success, and Support.
• Support launches through release readiness, demonstrations, documentation, and customer enablement.
• Define success measures and analyze customer feedback, usage analytics, and operational metrics.
• Evaluate and apply AI to improve user experiences, automate repetitive tasks, simplify workflows, research, prioritization, documentation, and decision-making.
