Job summary

Jobtailor in Massachusetts seeks a senior product leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its AI-First Platform. You will drive the transformation from traditional apps to an AI-native platform using agents, workflows, automation, and configurable experiences.

You will conduct customer discovery, translate insights into reusable platform capabilities, and partner with Engineering, AI, Architecture, UX, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; MBA a plus.
• 12 years of industry experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Deep experience in the software industry and AI & data experience in the last 5 years.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing portfolios of products across related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI-First Platform.
• Lead the transformation to an AI-native platform using agents, workflows, automation, and configurable experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Architecture, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, execution, and product launches.
