Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product Manager to define the strategy and roadmap for Agentic AI business solutions. You will translate business questions into prioritized capabilities, manage the end-to-end lifecycle, and partner with analytics, commercial teams, and external partners to deliver impactful insights and adoption.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or Master's with 4 years, or Bachelor's with 6 years, or Associate's with 10 years, or HS diploma with 12 years.
• Significant experience in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical commercial insights and primary market research.
• Experience leading end-to-end primary market research including scoping, analysis, and communication of findings.
• Product management experience including defining user needs, roadmaps, and driving adoption.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI and Generative AI for insights generation and decision making.
• Ability to apply PMR standards for rigor, data quality, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to collaborate across a complex matrixed organization with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and business implications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to high ethical standards in research and AI-enabled insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from use-case definition to deployment and adoption.
• Partner with analytics, commercial teams, and external partners to deliver solutions.
• Develop and deliver leadership updates on progress and risks.
• Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Drive adoption within analytics, commercial, and insights workflows.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, insights, and business impact.
• Support change management including stakeholder engagement and training.
• Establish feedback loops to continuously improve products and workflows.
