Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior product leader to own the Marketing Workbench strategy and lifecycle. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable AI-enabled capabilities and define investments for measurable business outcomes.

You will lead product discovery, roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Marketing domains, ensuring responsible AI practices and security compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology, business, marketing, or related field.
8+ years in product management or related disciplines.
Experience leading enterprise-scale digital products from strategy to optimization.
Experience building roadmaps, investments, and measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of agile product management practices.
Experience translating business needs into scalable tech strategies and user-centric solutions.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
Preferred: Generative AI, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the technology strategy, product roadmap, and lifecycle for Marketing Workbench.
Partner with stakeholders to understand priorities, user needs, and future-state ways of working.
Translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled product capabilities.
Define investments, capabilities, and experiences to enable measurable outcomes.
Establish and measure outcomes, adoption, user satisfaction, and value realization.
Manage backlog, prioritization, requirements, releases, and roadmap execution.
