Job summary

Mimecast Limited is seeking a Sr. Director, HR Transformation & AI to shape how HR technology and data work together across the global organization. You will drive automation, data quality, and analytics, partnering with HR leadership and IT to implement scalable platforms.

You will lead a small technical team, define an enterprise AI roadmap for HR, and ensure governance, privacy, and bias controls while delivering measurable improvements to the employee experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR technology and people analytics in enterprise environments.
• Product-minded with enterprise architecture exposure.
• Experience defining AI/automation roadmaps for HR data governance and privacy.
• Fluency with analytics platforms and direct data interaction.
• Proven ability to build and develop technical teams.
• Strong executive communication and CHRO advisory skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own how HR platforms fit together across Workday and future tools.
• Define the employee and HR-user experience the roadmap should deliver.
• Audit HR toolset for redundancy and gaps; retire/replace/ consolidate.
• Set architectural standards for integrations, data flows, and security.
• Own the end-to-end AI roadmap for HR.
• Partner on responsible AI governance including privacy and bias.
• Lead people analytics strategy and Visier build-out.
• Establish data governance standards for accuracy, security, privacy.
• Own integrated HR tech and transformation roadmap with clear milestones.
• Lead and develop a small technical team and collaborate with stakeholders.
