Job summary

Mimecast Limited in Lexington, MA seeks a Sr. Director, HR Transformation & AI to own the HR technology and data ecosystem. You will connect the HR strategic roadmap to systems, tools, and analytics, shaping an automated, AI-enabled HR that scales globally.

You will lead a small tech team, define governance, partner with Legal and IT on responsible AI, and drive people analytics with Visier, Workday integrations, and data quality improvements to inform HR decisions across the business.

Qualifications

Experience leading HR technology, people analytics, or HR transformation in a large enterprise.
Ability to design an interconnected systems landscape informed by enterprise architecture and portfolio management.
Experience driving an AI/automation roadmap with HR data governance, privacy, and responsible AI frameworks.
Proficiency with HR analytics platforms and data as a trusted source for leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

Own how Workday, Visier, and future platforms fit together, including architecture and sequencing.
Define the employee and HR-user experience the roadmap should deliver, not vendor features.
Audit the HR toolset for redundancy and gaps, retiring or consolidating tools.
Set architectural standards with IT for integrations, data flows, and security.
Own the end-to-end AI roadmap for HR and governance aspects.
Lead people analytics strategy and Visier build-out as a trusted data source.
Establish data governance standards for accuracy, security, and privacy across HR.
Lead and develop a small technical team and collaborate with executives on decisions.
