Job summary

Mimecast Limited is seeking a Sr. Director, HR Transformation & AI to own how HR technology and data ecosystems fit together. You will connect the HR strategic roadmap to systems, tools, and analytics, driving continuous improvement and execution.

You will lead a small technical team, overseeing HRIS, AI, and people data, shaping how HR's systems and AI capabilities work together to automate and enable metrics-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise HR technology and people analytics.
Product-minded with enterprise-architecture/ integration background.
Experience defining AI/automation roadmaps with governance.
Fluency with Visier/Power BI/Tableau and data handling.
Experience building and leading technical teams.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Own HR tech and AI strategy that ties the roadmap to systems.
Lead HRIS, AI, and data governance initiatives.
Define UX for HR users and the employee experience roadmap.
Audit HR tools for redundancy, gaps, and consolidation.
Lead a small technical team and collaborate with senior leaders.
