Job summary

Socure in San Francisco seeks a visionary Head of Digital Marketing & AI-Driven Growth to lead the strategy and execution of our modern digital marketing program. You will guide the team, partner across functions, and build an agentic marketing engine that leverages AI to drive high-impact campaigns and conversions.

You'll own multi-channel demand programs, optimize paid and organic channels, and mentor teammates to work alongside AI agents while upholding brand, privacy, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital marketing with multi-channel budgets.
• Proven ability to build AI-driven or agentic marketing programs.
• Deep paid media expertise across Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic.
• Experience building lifecycle and personalization programs on a modern stack.
• Experience shipping personalized/adaptive web experiences.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tooling and automation.
• Strong attribution/analytics to demonstrate pipeline impact.
• Judgment on brand, accuracy, and data privacy for AI-driven content.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven content and SEO strategy to improve discovery.
• Manage full-funnel paid media campaigns and optimization.
• Develop agentic lifecycle marketing programs with sales alignment.
• Evolve the website for personalized experiences and AI-readiness.
