You’ll lead the digital marketing function, align paid and organic efforts, and mentor engineers and marketers to build a fast, precise, compliant marketing engine at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital marketing with leadership experience and multi‑channel budgets.
• Experience building AI‑driven marketing stacks and agentic workflows.
• Strong analytical and attribution skills with the ability to present pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI-driven marketing strategy and growth.
• Oversee paid media across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels.
• Build adaptive website experiences personalized by account and industry.
• Lead and mentor a team spanning paid, organic, lifecycle, and digital ops.
• Partner with Sales and ABM to align AI-driven campaigns with revenue goals.
