Northern Trust Corp. is seeking a strategic leader to drive AI-enabled change management across the ECM program. The role orchestrates technology, data and business transformation, prototyping AI-driven solutions, and gaining production adoption while aligning with regulatory requirements and enterprise goals.

The Head of Innovation collaborates with executives and practitioners to scale capabilities, define governance, and accelerate value realization across the bank’s change initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is required.
• PMP, CAPM, CCMP or CMS certifications are preferred.
• Experience executing AI models and tooling in change management context is preferred.
• Strong change management principles and ability to automate processes using AI/RPA.
