Job summary

Martyn Bassett Associates is recruiting a strategic Product leader to guide a B2B2C platform that connects dealers, contractors, and suppliers. You will own the roadmap across core platform components, including ordering, payments, catalog, integrations, and AI capabilities.

You will design operating systems for how product work gets done, build agent-assisted workflows, and drive ERP integration strategy with core ERPs like Epicor BisTrack, Epicor Eagle, and ECI Spruce.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading product at a B2B2C startup with strong ARR growth.
• Hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows for internal ops.
• Comfort navigating ERP, payments, and complex third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across core platform: ordering, payments, catalog, integrations, and AI.
• Design and maintain operating systems for how product work gets done; automate handoffs and status reporting.
• Drive ERP integration strategy with core ERPs like Epicor BisTrack, Epicor Eagle, ECI Spruce.
• Lead product function with human judgment and AI-driven execution to scale headcount.
