Job summary

BigTime Software, Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to guide the next-gen AI-native platform and the existing BigTime Delivery roadmap. You will own the roadmap, set release sequencing, and drive PM excellence across the team and cross-functional partners.

You will manage executive relationships, run the Customer Advisory Board, and decide what to fix and when. This role requires deep SaaS experience, strategic judgment, and strong leadership across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management leadership roles.
• Experience guiding PMs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong in AI-driven product development.
• Comfortable presenting to executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and release sequencing for the new platform.
• Lead the product management team and define standards.
• Oversee BigTime Delivery roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, CX, Marketing, and Finance.
• Run Customer Advisory Board and executive relationships.
