Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience and a Ph.D. in education, psychology, psychometrics, measurement and evaluation, statistics, public policy, industrial/organizational psychology, workforce development, social science, data science, or a related field with substantial senior-level experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex projects with strategy, financial performance, staff, and delivery responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of assessment and measurement, including large-scale K-12, postsecondary, workforce, or competency-based assessment; familiarity with AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and oversee growth, impact, and performance for AIR's Assessment & Human Capital portfolio.
• Advance AI-enabled assessment, measurement, and human performance research; promote responsible, fair, transparent, and trustworthy assessments.
• Lead business development and market growth; build a strong pipeline across federal, state, philanthropic, and commercial sectors.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor senior research, technical, and operational leaders; foster cross-organization collaboration to ensure delivery excellence.
