Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience with senior leadership in education, psychology, psychometrics, or related fields.
- Experience leading a portfolio of complex projects, strategy, and client impact.
- Strong knowledge of assessment/measurement including AI implications.
- Ability to translate market trends into organizational strategy and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction and oversee growth, impact, and performance for AIR’s AH-C portfolio.
- Lead AI-enabled assessment, measurement, and human performance research initiatives.
- Develop partnerships with federal/state agencies, education systems, employers, and foundations.
- Recruit, coach, and retain senior researchers, operators, and project leaders across the organization.
- Ensure delivery excellence with rigorous standards, client responsiveness, and collaboration across AIR.
