Job summary

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of assessment, measurement, and AI applications in education/workforce.
- Ability to translate market trends into strategic research and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction and oversee growth across AIR's AHC portfolio.
- Lead AI-enabled assessment, measurement innovations, and rigorous research.
- Drive business development and market growth with federal, state, philanthropy and commercial partners.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor senior leaders across research and operations.
- Cultivate external partnerships and thought leadership with agencies and industry groups.
