Job summary

Docker, Inc is seeking a senior product manager to lead Docker Sandboxes at the intersection of AI, containers, and developer experience. You will define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics while partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

You’ll prototype, ship 0-to-1 products, and iterate based on customer feedback. This remote-first role offers global collaboration with teams and a compensation range reflecting senior, strategic responsibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, especially in developer tools, infrastructure, or platforms.
• Deep technical fluency with container/VM runtimes and AI agent/tool connectivity concepts.
• Proven track record shipping 0-to-1 products in fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on builder who prototypes and tests ideas with customers.
• Strong product sense and UX instincts for developer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Docker’s AI & Agent Platform.
• Define the product from ground up, write specifications, prototype with engineering, validate with customers.
• Lead end-to-end delivery with close engineering collaboration and iterative shipping.
• Define how the agentic ecosystem pieces fit together: secure execution, tool connectivity, model access, governance, observability.
• Ensure platform serves developers to enterprise operators across the stack.
• Shape the developer experience across CLI, IDE, and CI pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for coherent product experiences and GTM alignment.
• Influence architectural tradeoffs with engineering leadership.
• Represent customer voice from developers to enterprises and partners.
• Overcome blockers and unblock integrations and market signals.
