Qualifications

• 7+ years in heavy equipment service operations.
• Experience leading multiple locations or managers.
• Proven track record improving profitability and efficiency.
• Experience with service/DMS systems and data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
