Mercer Advisors is seeking a senior product leader to own the advisor experience end to end. You will define what a great day looks like for an advisor, build the roadmap, and manage partnerships with Avantos and the Mercer platform team.

You will own the differentiation strategy for Aspen, including AI-enabled workflows and security views, and drive measurable improvements in advisor productivity and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading product teams.
• Proven track record managing strategic vendor or platform partnerships.
• Empathy for operators; can observe work and identify the root problem behind requests.
• Strong data governance; baseline metrics and data-driven decisions for adoption.

Responsabilités

• Define the advisor experience roadmap and scale it across platforms.
• Own joint roadmaps with Avantos and Mercer Advisors; align priorities and dependencies.
• Lead internal ownership of Aspen differentiation including AI-enabled workflows and security views.
• Drive outcomes with Advisor NPS and dashboards, measuring productivity and capacity improvements.
