Job summary

Mercer Advisors is rebuilding the Platform organization and seeks a leader who will own roadmap planning, end-to-end development, and platform utilities. You will coordinate with engineering, product, and data to ensure timely delivery and strong governance.

You will partner with compliance, legal, finance, and BI, providing visibility into progress, risks, and decisions. The role requires a high degree of influence and accountability across the Platform org.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in PMO leadership or a senior operational role inside a product/tech organization.
• Experience building operating models from the ground up.
