Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Manager of Client Service to lead and develop the client service team, drive productivity, and enhance the client experience in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

In this role, you will manage hiring and training, coordinate processes with the Client Service Leadership Team, and oversee HR, training, and project initiatives to support growth and client retention across our nationwide office network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of financial industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience.
• Notary designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hiring, training, mentoring and supervision of client service staff.
• Optimize productivity and prioritize workflow to deliver excellent client service.
• Serve as subject matter expert for complex account topics such as 10b5-1 plans and account overlays.
• Lead local strategy decisions and drive process improvements across the team.
