Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the digital experiences and technologies that drive growth across the client base and internal teams.

You will own the product roadmap, manage API and data integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional squads to achieve OKRs. This role combines hands-on product responsibility with strategic vision in a fast-moving, growth-oriented firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product, Technology, or Business Administration.
• At least five years’ experience in Product and Technology.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects from inception to completion.
• Experience building, managing & maintaining API, SQL & Apex.
• Experience with Agile project management framework.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop our products and applications.
• Identify technology, process, and experience initiatives to drive results.
• Provide strategic direction across functions to support the product environment.
• Document current processes, implementations, and KPI measurements.
• Refine the product roadmap with stakeholders.
• Define functional and technical requirements and workflows.
• Collaborate with users to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Organize technical projects from start to finish.
• Manage integration projects from planning to execution.
• Develop repeatable processes for timely releases.
• Other duties as assigned.
