Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Director of Adoption Strategy to lead the evolution and scaling of our Adoption Strategy across the customer lifecycle. This role unites pre-sales and post-sales services into a cohesive journey, setting standards for value realization and coordinating with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success.

You will guide managers and senior contributors, define operating models, and drive execution across complex customer portfolios.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services, implementation, or related customer-facing roles in enterprise software.
• Experience leading a functional team through managers or senior contributors.
• Proven ability to connect proof-of-value, implementation and adoption into a cohesive customer journey.
• Strong commercial judgment including services selling, scoping, and SOW development.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, CLM, or legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Adoption Strategy team with managers and senior contributors.
• Scale the Adoption Strategy operating model for consistency and quality.
• Oversee pre-sales services strategy including scoping and SOW alignment with Sales.
• Define proof-of-value standards and connect them to adoption outcomes.
• Oversee post-deal implementation strategy and ensure continuity to adoption.
• Create operating mechanisms across the customer lifecycle with clear handoffs.
• Serve as senior escalation leader for complex or at-risk engagements.
• Define performance measures for value realization and adoption milestones.
• Partner with VP and leaders to evolve the broader Customer Value model.
• Continuously improve methodologies and AI tooling to accelerate value.
