Job summary

Experience Champaign Urbana is seeking a senior leader to direct recruitment and yield initiatives across degree programs on campus. You will oversee a team and work with multiple units to optimize enrollment outcomes.

The role requires strategic budgeting, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Informatics, Communications & Marketing, and Finance offices. You will report to senior leadership and influence policy and practice across programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead recruitment and yield campaigns across degree programs.
• Assess outcomes and adjust campaigns using email, social media, events, and campus visits.
• Budget recruitment and yield activities with Informatics Program, Communications & Marketing, and Finance offices.
• Coordinate content creation for ads, web communications, and media targeting students and families.
• Hire, lead, and manage the recruitment and admissions staff team.
• Set enrollment targets in consultation with the Dean and program directors.
• Provide regular progress reports and planning documents to senior leadership.
• Oversee databases and tracking tools for recruitment reporting and decision-making.
• Analyze enrollment trends to inform strategic planning and budgeting.
• Represent units on CASA and liaise with campus committees.
