University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions for the Carle Illinois College of Medicine. This leadership role oversees admissions operations, technology systems, and recruitment programs, reporting to the Director of Admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, education, humanities, public relations, social sciences, or closely related field.
• Three (3) years of professional work experience in admissions, records, registration, and/or closely related experience within an educational setting.
• Demonstrated experience with data metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior leader on the Admissions Team and support the Director of Admissions in implementing all aspects of the admissions and recruitment plan.
• Lead and manage multiple continuous quality improvement projects related to the application process and recruitment strategy.
• Serve as the primary lead for all admissions-related technology systems, including third-party vendor software and Slate workflows.
• Oversee recruitment staff, including scheduling, guidance, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with university and LCME standards in collaboration with the Director of Admissions.
