The successful candidate will manage staff, budgets, and reporting, leveraging enrollment management best practices to create an engaging applicant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Higher Education, or related field.
• Five years of experience in Admissions, Recruiting, or Enrollment Management.
• Experience with data-driven decision making in customer-focused environments.
• Experience creating recruitment messaging across multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead recruitment and yield campaigns for degree programs across channels.
• Hire, lead, and manage the recruitment and admissions staff.
• Oversee admissions review and manage application processes for our programs.
• Monitor enrollment trends and adjust strategies to meet targets.
