Job summary

Polymarket, a leading prediction market, is expanding its growth engineering function in New York. The role spans the full stack, from onboarding flows to KYC experiences, and involves building ad-driven funnels and end-to-end features across teams.

You will drive activation, scale acquisition, and mentor less senior engineers while collaborating with product and data teams to push the platform forward in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fullstack engineering experience with depth on frontend and backend.
• Proven track record shipping onboarding flows, KYC integrations, or acquisition funnels.
• Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams without heavy top-down direction.
• Strong product intuition and ability to propose fixes without explicit specs.

Responsibilities

• Own and iterate the new user onboarding flow from first touch to first trade.
• Build ad-driven funnels to route users from campaigns to market pages.
• Ship fullstack features end-to-end across frontend, backend and integrations.
• Identify friction in the acquisition funnel using product analytics and experiments.
• Review code and make architectural decisions within your domain.
• Coordinate with other teams to implement changes across services.
• Raise the bar on growth engineering through code reviews and mentoring.
