Job summary

Wealthsimple is seeking a Growth Manager to own performance and lifecycle marketing for our active trader and crypto segments. You will drive demand across paid social, trading platforms, newsletters, and programmatic channels, converting high-intent users into funded active traders and deepening engagement.

You'll collaborate with Product, Lifecycle, Analytics, and Sales to optimize activation, funding, and re-engagement journeys, while embedding AI to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with strong demand-gen outcomes.
• Experience with paid media across Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic channels.
• Experience building activation and onboarding journeys using lifecycle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own active trader and crypto demand generation across paid channels and partnerships.
• Plan budgets, negotiate placements, and run A/B tests for landing pages and creatives.
• Own activation, funding, first-trade, and re-engagement journeys in collaboration with Lifecycle and Product teams.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for trader and crypto products and benefits across channels.
• Build clear funnel reporting from first touch to retained trading value with analytics collaboration.
• Institute a consistent testing cadence for creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows for faster insights.
