Stand Together seeks a Director of Activations to drive participation, cultural engagement, and movement growth around key social issues. This role leads activation strategy, translating it into coordinated execution and aligning internal teams, external partners, platforms, and workstreams for measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• Experience in executive/integrated production, strategic initiatives, or related fields.
• Ability to connect strategy, creative, partnerships, operations, and technology.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple teams, partners, and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate activation strategy into coordinated execution, leading complex initiatives through launch, optimization, and measurable outcomes.
• Build execution plans, participation pathways, timelines, and success measures.
• Coordinate teams across partnerships, media, creative, marketing, technology, events, and insights.
• Align internal stakeholders and external partners to keep work moving and resolve obstacles.
• Integrate brands, properties, creators, nonprofits, and platforms into activation efforts.
• Develop participation models to drive repeated engagement and movement growth.
• Improve platforms, partnerships, and operating models to scale activations across audiences.
• Define and monitor performance tied to participation and activation impact.
