Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Director of Activations Strategy & Operations to own the end-to-end activation operating model across Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial, diagnosing delays, designing scalable processes, and driving cross-functional execution to consistently hit the 75-day activation goal.

You will build and maintain activation playbooks, partner with Product and Technology for real-time visibility, and lead a growing team as the trial portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy and operations or consulting.
• Experience designing scalable operational systems.
• Ability to diagnose process inefficiencies and drive cross-functional execution.
• Strong systems thinking and ownership mindset.
• Experience defining roles and operating models across functions.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end activation performance framework and 75-day goal.
• Diagnose time losses across activation lifecycle and design scalable processes.
• Develop activation playbooks for trials, sites, and therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to provide real-time activation visibility.
• Define roles, responsibilities and handoffs across activation functions.
• Build and develop the activation team as volume grows.
