Job summary

Kepler is seeking a Director of Activation to lead media investment strategy within Client Solutions. This enterprise leadership role bridges advanced media execution with business development across global cross-channel campaigns.

You will translate activation capabilities into strategic client recommendations, co-author long-term growth plans with Strategy, and mentor activation teams during onboarding, delivering measurable growth and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of digital media management experience with leadership in multi-sector accounts.
• Growth mindset with focus on client partnerships and new business.
• Channel-agnostic expertise across Social, Programmatic, Search, Video, Audio, and Direct IO.
• Strong ability to translate complex media strategy for executives.
• Familiarity with measurement models (MMM, MTA).

Responsibilities

• Growth & Business Development: design cross-channel activation plans that scale client growth.
• Strategic Activation & Media Leadership: lead campaign architectures and onboarding for new engagements.
• Team Leadership & Operations: mentor activation teams and enforce best practices.
