You will guide cross‑channel campaigns, collaborate with Strategy and Data Science teams, and mentor activation staff while shaping Kepler’s platform evolution to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of digital media management experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing multi-sector accounts with large spend ($50M+)
• B2B & ABM account experience is a plus
