Job summary

Stand Together, Arlington-based philanthropy, seeks a seasoned activation leader to translate strategy into multi-channel execution. You will coordinate teams across partnerships, media, marketing, and technology to deploy scalable activation initiatives with measurable impact.

You will drive collaboration across internal stakeholders and external partners, shaping participation models and platforms that grow engagement and movement momentum while tying performance to outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution and measurable results.
• Experience in executive or integrated production, strategic initiatives, sports/entertainment, consumer brands, media, partnerships, or other highly collaborative environments.
• A strong producer mindset with the ability to connect strategy, creative, partnerships, operations, technology, and audience engagement.
• Proven ability to bring ambitious ideas to life by coordinating multiple teams, partners, vendors, platforms, and workstreams.
• Strong judgment and stakeholder leadership with the ability to create clarity, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions.
• Experience with nationally recognized consumer brands, sports or entertainment properties, media companies, or other high-visibility partners is a plus.
• Ability to move comfortably between big-picture strategy and detailed execution.
• Enthusiasm to contribute to StandTogether's vision and PBM-based culture.

• Help build platforms, partnerships, and operating models that enable activation scale across issues and audiences.
• Define and monitor performance tied to participation, repeat engagement, and activation impact.

What You Will Bring

• Experience with nationally recognized consumer brands, sports or entertainment properties, media companies, cultural organizations, or other high-visibility partners is a plus.
• Ability to move comfortably between big-picture strategy and detailed execution.

For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $140,000–$185,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employee’s overall contribution to the organization.

Our Principles-Based Management™ (PBM) compensation philosophy is grounded in an individualized approach that rewards the long-term value each person creates for the organization. Compensation decisions are informed by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, capabilities, demonstrated skills, role responsibilities, and expected contribution. Consistent with this approach, base salary may vary within or outside of the anticipated range based on these considerations.
