Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a Senior Director of Integration to own and lead acquisition integrations from pre-close planning to stabilization. You will build the integration playbook, drive financial data migration, and oversee ERP implementations across acquired businesses.

You’ll partner with Corporate Development and Finance, influence across IT and Operations, and mold a scalable, repeatable integration model to support continued acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, transaction advisory, M&A integration, corporate development, or ERP/financial systems implementation.
• Experience combining financial rigor with hands-on execution across multiple workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting operations, and ERP/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end acquisition integrations from pre-close to stabilization.
• Build and evolve the integration playbook with repeatable processes and best practices.
• Drive financial integration including chart of accounts alignment and reporting structures.
• Own data migration and integrity, mapping, validation, and reflection in reporting.
• Lead ERP and financial systems implementations across acquired companies.
• Integrate core finance processes like billing, revenue recognition, AR, and month-end close.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development during diligence to identify integration requirements.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks and provide practical solutions.
• Develop integration reporting and dashboards for executive visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Operations, and Corporate Development.
