Job summary

Experts Group International seeks an experienced Manager/Senior Manager for ERP Integration to lead transformation across portfolio companies, focusing on M&A, carve-outs, integrations, and post-acquisition changes. You will collaborate with portfolio management, senior stakeholders and external tech partners to assess ERP landscapes and define target solutions for successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ERP transformation, implementation, integration or carve-outs.
• Strong experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Experience managing complex ERP or technology transformation projects.
• Understanding of M&A, carve-outs or post-merger integration is advantageous.
• Experience within consulting, private equity or a transformation environment is a plus.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively, potentially up to 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP carve-out, integration and transformation projects across portfolio companies.
• Analyse existing ERP environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop ERP transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, portfolio companies and external implementation partners.
• Support post-acquisition integration and technology separation activities.
• Drive standardisation and optimisation of ERP processes.
• Identify technology risks and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Provide hands-on support throughout implementation and go-live.
• Report project progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
