Qualifications

Develop talent, coach underwriters, and escalate risk in senior forums.
Interpret credit policy and ensure adherence to OCC ABL guidance.
Partner with business development and cross-functional teams on structuring and approvals.
Drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement in underwriting processes.
