Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Executive Oncology Sales Representative, Head & Neck to support clients in the Sacramento-Portland territory. You will drive oncology products within key accounts, delivering clinical value and strategic plans with district partners.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, valid driver's license, and at least two years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales. Expect travel and a performance-based, comprehensive benefits package including a company car.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel including overnights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of clinical efficacy, articulate value propositions, provide clinical information as needed, and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager and internal partners; create pre- and post-call plans with objectives and materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory; utilize approved marketing tools and close prospects.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve opportunities; negotiate to meet sales targets.
