Job summary

Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Lakewood, CO is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — NP or PA — to join a high‑volume oncology clinic. You will provide comprehensive cancer care, collaborating with oncologists, nurses and the care team to deliver timely, patient‑centered services.

This fast-paced role requires strong clinical judgment and excellent communication. A $20,000 sign‑on bonus is offered, along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner MSN from an accredited nursing school and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner, preferably in oncology.
• RN license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing; current Nurse Practitioner licensure.
• NP certification as AOCNP preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• OR PA: NCCPA certification and PA license in practicing state; 3+ years of experience; BLS/CPR.
• OR CNS: MSN and CNS license; 3+ years in specialty; BLS/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients.
• Initiates interventions and prescribes therapies; documents patient response.
• Performs procedures with minimal supervision.
• Educates patients and families; promotes wellness.
• Coordinates care and documentation; supports case management.
• Supports nursing staff with clinical trials information.
• May provide palliative care as needed.
