Job Objective and Summary :
Fully responsible for domestic sales growth for each of the various brands through independent retail stores. Evaluate current brand sales performance and develop fluid plans to execute successful annual growth strategies for each brand in a changing economic climate. Mentor and develop the sales team to achieve results in line with the Company's annual growth goals. Work together with marketing to achieve the sales growth objectives. Reports to the Executive Vice President, Brand Director, CFO, and CEO. This position is on-premise Dallas Based.
