The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) seeks a Hydroelectric Generation Supervisor to lead the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of the Leaburg-Walterville Hydroelectric Project. You will supervise Hydroelectric Plant Technicians/Operators and support staff with expertise in electrical systems, mechanical systems, instrumentation and controls, and power generation equipment operation.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in related field with leadership in O&M at electric generating facilities.
• Experience coordinating with engineering and regulatory teams.
• Knowledge of safety and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
